【Abstract】 The authors analysed retrospective the clinical material of 30 cases of insulinoma whichhad been proved by operation and pathology in the past 16 years (including 2 with pancreaticislet cell carcinoma and 2 with pancreatic islet cell hyperplasia). 13 cases were misdiagnosedas epilepsy, hysteria, encephalitis, etc. The authors not only drew useful lessons frommisdiagnosis as well as delayed diagnosis but also reviewed and discussed the present states ofthe clinical diagnosis, tumor location and treatment of insulinoma.更多还原
