氢化分提法生产硬黄油的研究

【摘要】 本文提出了以动植物油为原料制造硬黄油的流程.使用负载型S-Ni催化剂,采用氢化分提技术,可以得到70～86%的硬黄油产率.这样生产的硬黄油具有优良的食用性,适用于糖果和食品生产.

【Abstract】 In this paper the manufacture process of hardbutter from Vegetable and animal oils are proposed. By making use of Supporter type S-Ni Catalysts and the technique of Hydrogenation and Steped extraction, the yield of hardbutter attained 70-86%. The hardbutter produced by this method is delicious eating and applicable to the manufacture of candies and foods.
