【摘要】 为了探讨造血细胞的增殖分化与造血微环境的关系,本文对1)例再生障碍性贫血(CAA)和10例缓解后的CAA骨髓用透射电镜进行了比较观察,发现8例CAA患者骨髓间质呈萎缩性改变,缓解后则呈增殖状态,缓解越好的病例增生性变化越明显,因此推测骨髓间质的萎缩与增生和造血功能是一致的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study relationship between proliferation, differentiation and hemopoietic microenvironment, bone marrow was observed in 10 cases, each aplastic anemia before and after remission with transmission electron microscope. Atrophy of stroma in bone marrow was seen in most cases of CAA and hy-perplasia of stroma observed after remission. After better remission the bone marrow showed more prominent hyperplasia of stroma, suggesting of it is possible that atrophy or hyperplasia of stroma being consistent with hemopoietic function.更多还原
