【摘要】 作者等应用直接检眼镜、眼底彩色照相和眼底血管荧光造影研究220例正常糖耐量试验健康人的视网膜病变,主要发现两组视网膜病变:视网膜微血管病变(包括微血管瘤、出血点、丝棉斑和小动脉硬化)和RPE病变(包括小黄白点、色素紊乱、Drusen样病变和窗样缺损)。指出正常人RPE病变和视网膜微血管病变尤其是微血管瘤的患病率,给临床研究视网膜病变提供一定的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Retinopathy in 220 subjects with normal oral glucose tolerance was studied with ophthalmoscopy, color photograpbhy and fluorescein angiography. Two groups of retinopathy were found: (1) retinal microangiopathy including microaneurysms, small hemorrhage spots, cotton-wool spots and arterial sclerosis. (2) RPE lesions including small white-yellow spots, pigment disturbances, Drusen-like changes and window defect of RPE. In this paper the authors presented the prevalence of RPE lesions and retinal microangiopathy, especially retinal microaneurysms, in subjects with normal oral glucose tolerance.更多还原
