【摘要】 本文报导应用体表峰值标测图(EPM)观察和分析32例扩张型及肥厚型心肌病所归纳的现象,结果显示两型心肌病均可出现弥漫性多样化的除极和复极异常,包括多R中心、R凹陷、异位Q图、R和/或S中心电位增大及不同的T图分布和极性改变,本方法可在临床用来帮助进行早期诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 The electrocardiographic peak mapping (EPM) in 32 casese of dilated and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy were investigated. The resulting independent Q.R.S...T maps in cardiomyopathy show defuse and multiform changes both in. depolarization and in repol ar ization, including the presence of multiple R centers, R potential sinks, ectopic Q maps, increased potential in R and/or S centers and the abnormality in distribution or polarity of T maps.
