【摘要】 本文通过1例运动神经元病剖检,经S₂的连续切片,K—B染色,证实在脊髓前角细胞中Onuf核仍以正常状态保存。这与本病选择性的保存膀胱、直肠外括约肌的功能有密切的关系。本文不仅从病理方面还从肛门括约肌的肌电图方面研究,证实了Onuf核所支配的肛门括约肌肌电图与正常人相同。这亦是本病的临床、病理、肌电图的重要特征之一。文中复习了文献中对Onuf核的发现和描述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The neuropathological finding in a case of motor neuron disease is reported. Serial section of the S₂ segment of the spinal cord with K-B stain demonstrated the well preserved normal Onuf nucleus which is localted among motor cells at the lateral portion of the anterior horn. The preservation of Onuf nucleus explains the absence of sphincter disturbance in patient with motor neuron disease. This is the first report concerning this neucleus in Chinese literature. Electromyography of anal sphincter has been taken in 5 patients with motor neuron disease and that of 5 normal persons was taken for control. The EMGs are the same in both group. Therefore, it further indicates that Onuf neucleus are present in the patients examined. Literatures concerning the discovery and discription of the Onuf neucleuswere reviewed.更多还原
