【摘要】 本文对200例急性阑尾炎切口感染率进行了前瞻性、随机临床研究,其中局部用药组100例,采用皮下置管注入抗生素液并行闭合性吸引,术后切口感染4例(4%);全身用药组100例,切口感染31例(31%),表明此法可使切口感染率明显降低,且具有节省抗生素、缩短住院日、降低费用等优点,是一种较合理、经济而有效的局部用药方法更多还原

【Abstract】 This article is about randomized prospective clinical studying of the infected rate of the postoperative wound for 200 cases of acute appendicitis. The results are as follows: in 100 cases of locolly using the drugs, after injecting antibiotic solution with the catheter into the subcutaneous space and making closed suction, the rate of the postoperative wound infectionis 4%; in 100 cases of the group of generally using the drugs the rate of the postoperative vound infection is 31%. This shows that by using this method the rate of the postoperative wound infection can be obviously lowered and it has the advantages of economicing antibiotics, shortening the time when the patient is in the hospital and saving the expense. It is a reasonable, economic and effective method of locally using the drugs更多还原
