【Abstract】 The determination of reference intervals by themethod of dissecting mixed samples accumulated inhospital clinical laboratories is of many advantages.In this paper,we,basing on the mathematical modelof Gram-Charlier series,present:(1)the Marquar-dt’s nonlinear least square dissecting method;(2)asystematic computerized program for the dissectionof mixed samples,the determination of referenceintervals and the estimation of false-negative perce-ntages as well as the rate of mis-diagnosis and fa-lse-diagnosis.The results obtained from two clini-cal trials demonstrate that there is quite a agreem-ent in the distribution and the reference intervalsbetween the dissected and the control samples.Theresults are reliable and the method is applicable inclinical practice.更多还原
