【摘要】 本文报导了湖北省郧阳地区地甲肿、地克病病区人群头发中微量元素的测定研究结果。得出的初步结论是:1、地甲肿病组发中 Cu,Ca,Zn,Cr,Ca/mg 比值低于流行区健康组,而 Cd,Mn,则高于非流行区的对照组。2、地克病组发 Cu,K,Pb 低于健康组。3、两种疾病组发中分别有 Cu,Ca,Zn,Cr,K,Pb 等六种元素低于健康组,但地甲病组的发 Mn,Cd 则高于健康组。以上研究结果对于地甲病、地克病的诊断和病因探讨可能有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the assay result of trace elements in human’s hair of endemic goiters and endemic cretinisms in the area of Yun Yang,Hubei province.The primary conclusion obtained is as follows 1,Cu,Ca,Zn,Cr,Ca/mg in the hair of endemic goiters is lower than that of healthygroup,but Cd,Mn is higher than that of the control group in nonepidemicarea;2,Cu,K,Pb in the hair of endemic cretinisms is lower than that ofthe healthy group;3,The six elements such as Cu,Ca,Zn,Cr,K,Pb inboth of the hair of two diseases are lower than that of the healthy grouprespectively,but Mn,Cd in the hair of endemic goiters is higher than thatof the healthy group.The conclusion is that it probably has some significancein the diagnosis and the research of the cause for the diseases of endemicgoiter and endemic cretinisms.更多还原
