【Abstract】 The transfer function of an electron-optical system with rotational unsymmetricalaberrations is anisotropic in spatial frequency domain.By means of Ronche Grating,optical andimaging holographic techniques,the present method is suggested to determine the distribution ofthe transfer function and to make the phase-only filter.The image quality of high resolutionmicrograph of a carbon foil is improved through the deconvolution.更多还原
