【摘要】 本文提出了油酸多相脂质体139注射液中脂质体的药物包封率和药物含量的测定方法,以凝胶过滤法Sephadex G-50柱测定139注射液中多相脂质体的重量包封率Qw平均为94.2%;同时又以显微镜照像及统计方法测量了脂质体的体积包封率Qv平均为97.1%。并讨论了影响脂质体中药物包封率的各种因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the methods of measurement of percentage of drug entrapment and drug content in polyphase liposome of the intravenous injection (139). The percentage of oleic acid entrapped in polyphase liposome of the intravenous injection (139) is determined by the method of gel filtration using column of Sephadex G-50, Qw=94.2% (mean of 7 batches).Moreover, the percentage of drug entrapment by volume of liposome in the intravenous injection (139) is also determined by the method of microscopic photography and Coulter eounter(TAII), Qv= 97.1%(mean of 10 batches).The main influence factors for percentage of drug entrapped in liposome are discussed.更多还原
