【Abstract】 In this paper, the cause for a long life of tuyere is analyzed on the basis of the once-through tuyere’s working and its damage conditions of Baoshan’s BF with 2 years. After measurement and inspection, the causes of damage of tuyere are discussed with the thick-increased mechanism, the reason of crack and the microprocess of the wear. Besides, Some views to improve the tuyere’s quality and to prolong its working life are also put forward.更多还原
