巯基棉分离分光光度法测定钢铁中微量镍

【摘要】 研究了Ni(Ⅱ)—5—Cl—PADAB—SDBS—Tween—80的显色反应,在选定条件下,λmax=530~534nm,(?)=8.95×10,0~20μgNi/25ml符合比尔定律,络合物至少稳定28小时。还研究了巯基棉—酒石酸钠体系分离富集钢铁中微量镍。分离和测定实际样品,获得满意结果。

【Abstract】 A spectrophotometric method for determination of Nickel is developed with 5-Cl-PADAB in the presence of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and tvreen-80 in ammonium acetate medium ( pH7.1 ) . A red complex of Ni with 5-Cl-PADAB is formed. The complex has maximum absorption at 530-534 nm, and its molar absorptivity is 8.95×104. The ratio of Ni to 5-Cl-PADAB has been found to be 1:2. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-20ngNi/25ml. Interference from macroamounts of Fe can be eliminated by adsorption of Ni on sulfhydryl cotton,followed by elution of Ni with 0.1M HCl. The method has been used to determine Ni in iron and steel.
