【Abstract】 387 female outpatients with cystic hyperplasia of breast proved by needle biopsy, average-aged 31.2(17-57 years old), were put on continuity drug treatment with successive vitamine E,methyltestosterone and indomethacine in a menstral cycle. Each therapeutic course took 4 weeks and 1 - 3 courses were usually recommended. The effects observed were satisfactory: 247 achieved excellent results, 67 showed fair results and 57 failed to respond, with 16 having been lost in follow-up. The total response rate was 81.2%. Discussions are made in connection with pathogenesis of the disease, mechanism of the therapy and factors influencing the results.更多还原
