【Abstract】 It is reported that secologanin is the key biological precursor of more than 1500 indole alkaloids, many of which are important drugs. Secologanin isolated from Lonicera Nitida has been used as the starting material to synthesize complex natural and unnatural compounds for pharmacological investigatigation. The synthesis of a new heteroyohimbine alkaloid analogue is introduced in this paper.更多还原
