高粱 A2雄性不育系的鉴定 Ⅰ.育性反应

【摘要】 1983~1985年间观察了3份 A2不育系(A2TAM428,A2Tx624,A2Tx3197)与140份品种测交 F1的自交结实率。结果表明,A1不育系的恢复系或保持系,基本上也恢复或保持 A2不育系的不育性;但也发现某些恢复 A1不育系结实性的中国高梁地方品种和国外高梁品系却保持 A2不育系的不育性。这证实 A2不育系的育性反应确实与 A1不育系不同。产生这种现象的原因是不同细胞质与特定雌雄性诱导基因型互作,修饰基因及环境因素的影响。讨论了利用 A2不育系的选育途径。

【Abstract】 The percent selfed seed set of 140 sorghum F1 produced by A2 malesterile lines were evaluated in period 1983~1985.The female of F1 usedin our experiments were A2 TAM428,A2 Tx624 and A2 Tx3197,themale lines consisted of 25 maintainers of sterility in A1 male sterilelines,15 restorers of fertility to A1 male sterile lines,75 local varietiesin China and 25 exotic germplasms of sorghum.Differences among reaction of fertility were determined by comparisons of percent selfed seedset of F1 from A2 and A1 male sterile lines.The results suggested thatmaintainers of A1 male sterile lines also maintained sterility in A2 malesterile lines and restorers of A1 male sterile lines also restored fertilityto hybrids with A2 cytoplasm.However,we also observed that somelocal varieties of China and exotic germplasms of sorghum which restored fertility to F1 with milo cytoplasm maintained sterility with A2,it istrue that reaction of A2 and A1 male sterile lines was different.Thereaction of fertility of A2 and A1 male sterile lines was similar whenthey were crossed with maintainers or restorers of A1, but it was different when they crossed with other varieties and germplasms,this reverseperformance can attribute to the interaction between different cytoplasms and inducing genes of specific female or male and to the effectof modifying genes as well as condition elements.The approach of usingA2 male sterile lines were also discussed.
