【Abstract】 By using The Generalized Numeber System two familiar problems inModern Physics is discussed: the Photon Mass and the life time ofProton. We conclude, first that if the Photon Mass is under anupper limit of 10^-15ev, a "shift velocity" of photon exists, which isalways negative and depends on wave length. Second, according to GUTformula τ_ρ=Mx⁴/Mp⁵, Its value should belong to （—4） domain, therefore,it could not be detectable forever during the human being life time.更多还原
