HPGPC和HPLC测定齐聚物的聚合度分布与平均聚合度

Determination of the Average Degree of Polymerization and its Distribution of Oligomers by Inverse HPLC and High Performance Gel Permeation Chromatography

【摘要】 用高效凝胶色谱和反相高效液相色谱测定了聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯齐聚物、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯齐聚物的聚合度分布与平均聚合度,获得了满意的结果。同时,比较了这两种分析测试方法的优缺点。

【Abstract】 The average degree of polymerization and its distribution of polyethylene terephthalate(PET) oligomers and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) oligomers were determined by HPGPCand by Inverse HPLC. The results by HPGPC method were compared to those obtained by Inverse HPLC method.
