【Abstract】 A method for determination of Cd and Pb in blood by Pt matrix modifier in graphitefurnace AAS is described In order to extend useful life of graphite tube, technique with Ta foil lining is applied. The proposed method is simple and rapid without any chemical pretreatment.The sensitivities for the determination of Cd and Pb are 0. 05ppb and 1.74ppb respectively. Themean recoveries are 101% and 93% respectively. The variation coefficients are 1.8% and 3. 0%respectively.更多还原
