傅里叶变换红外示差光谱法测定生物陶瓷的生物活性
Determination of Biological Activity of Bioceramics by Fourier Transform Infrared Differential Spectrometry
【摘要】 本文报道了测定生物陶瓷的生物活性的FT-IR差谱方法。经过动物试验后的生物陶瓷,不需经过任何生化或化学的分离手续,能在大量陶瓷的基体内直接测量出蛋白质等生物活性物质,方法具有快速、简便等特点。
【Abstract】 A method of studying biological activity of bioceramics by FTIR difference spectra techni-que was reported. The bioceramics is a kind of new material for making artific teeth. Animportant standard determining the quality of bioceramics is whether the bioceramics can bondwith the living tissue of gum, and proteins can grow inside the material. The obtained results are shown in Fig. 7-9. The absorption characteristic bands of proteinsat 3300cm-1, 1650cm-1 and 1530cm-1 can be seen clearly, indicating that the bioceramics Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ all have certain biological activity. It was concluded that FTIR difference spectra tech-nique is a simple, quick method for assessing the biological activity of bioceramics.
