【Abstract】 A method of studying biological activity of bioceramics by FTIR difference spectra techni-que was reported. The bioceramics is a kind of new material for making artific teeth. Animportant standard determining the quality of bioceramics is whether the bioceramics can bondwith the living tissue of gum, and proteins can grow inside the material. The obtained results are shown in Fig. 7-9. The absorption characteristic bands of proteinsat 3300cm^-1, 1650cm^-1 and 1530cm^-1 can be seen clearly, indicating that the bioceramics Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ all have certain biological activity. It was concluded that FTIR difference spectra tech-nique is a simple, quick method for assessing the biological activity of bioceramics.更多还原
