新型高效液相色谱固定相—咪唑键合相的研究
A New Imidazolium-Bonded Stationary Phase for High Performnce Liquid Chromatography
【摘要】 本文报道一种新型咪唑键合相的制备,并将这种键合相同氨基键合相(YWG-NH2)的正相色谱性质进行比较,结果表明:咪唑键合相对于分离多环芳烃异构体具有更高的色谱选择性。另外,由于咪唑分子的络合特性和在固定相表面形成螯合物结构,咪唑键合相对Cu(Ⅱ)有更强的络合能力。咪唑-Cu(Ⅱ)键合相可用于高效配体交换色谱中解决芳胺异构体及其类似物的分离。
【Abstract】 The preparation of a new imidazolium-bonded stationary phase for HPLC is described,and its chromatographic selectivity and performance are demonstrated with polyaromatic hydro-carbons, aromatic nitro and amine compounds. Compares one with amino-bonded phase (YWG-NH2) in normal mode show that the imidazolium-bonded phase possesses higher chromatographicselectivity owing to its π-π charge transfer retention mechanism. After loaded with Copperion, the imidazolium-bonded phase also can be used in ligand exchange chramatography forthe separation of aromatic amine isomers.
