溶剂存在下的渣油轻度热解-脱沥青过程

【摘要】 本文提出了渣油在溶剂存在下轻度热解-脱沥青过程.以胜利减压渣油和孤岛减压渣油为原料,考察了热解温度及热解时间对脱沥青油(DAO)收率、残炭值及镍含量的影响.在实验条件下,渣油在溶剂存在下的热解溶剂脱沥青过程与单纯溶剂脱沥青过程相比;DAO收率明显提高,残炭值和镍含量显著降低;沥青的软化点降低而针入度和延度增加.

【Abstract】 <Abstract > A new process, solvent-mild cracking-deasphalting, is presented in this paper for upgrading residual oils. Experiments were performed on Shengli vacuum residue and Gudao vacuum residue. The effects of cracking temperature and time on yield, Conradson carbon, nickel content of DAO and properties of asphalt were investigated. Experimental results showed that the yield as well as the quality of the obtained DAO was higher for solvent-mild cracking-deasphalting than solvent deasphalting alone. When -the same amount of DAO was obtained, the softening point of asphalt was lower and the penetration and ductility of the asphalt were grater for solvent-mild cracking-deasphalting.
