【摘要】 牛黄是牛的一种胆囊结石,为名贵的中药材。天然牛黄的形成机理目前还不十分清楚。我们在工作中发现了天然牛黄一例。共计六块,总重量为11.1克。然后,对其发病史,生前症状、肝胆系统的病理变化进行了详细研究。发现本例牛黄是由慢性腺体增生性胆囊炎所引起,并且认为此例牛黄的发生是以其生活史和饲养方式的不同有关。本文为进一步研究人工和自然牛黄的生成奠定了一定的理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bezoar,a kind of ox-gallbladder stone,is a Chinese medicine of very high value.But the formation mechanism of the natural bezoar has not been clearly understood at present time.In a pathological study,we found a case of natural bezoar of six pieces with a total weight of 11 grams.Carefulstudy of the history and the symptoms of the disease and the pathology of the liver- gallbladder system indicated that this case of bezoar was caused by chronic cholecystitis,and related to the life history of the ox and the co-ditions under which the ox was raised.These findings will be of theoretical signi- ficance for the study of natural and synthetic bezoars.更多还原
