银耳耳友菌降解木质纤维素的研究

【摘要】 <正> 据报道,银耳菌(Tremella fuciformis Berk)没有分解木质纤维素的能力,故不能单独在木质纤维素上生长发育,只有当银耳菌丝与耳友菌(子囊菌亚门的一种真菌)生活在一起,得到了耳友菌分解木质纤维素所提供的营养物质时,才能发育结耳。但是关于耳友菌降解木质纤维素的特性则缺少定量研究。本文将重点探讨培养在杨木屑上的银耳耳友菌在头90天内,基质中木素、半纤维素、纤维素的降解和有关酶活性以及还原糖含量的变化。以便为深入研究银耳和耳友菌的营养生理、伴生关系以及在耳友菌腐朽木材的生理生
【Abstract】 The degradation of lignocellulose and the activities of some enzymes were studied during 90-days cultivation of cohabitant fungus with Tremella fuciformis in culture medium of sawdust and rice bran. The cohabitant fungus was found able to degrade semi-cellulose and cellulose of the medium and provide carbon resources to Tremella fuciformis. The cohabitant fungus could not degradate lignin in spite of its high phenoloxidase activity.
