机立窑高温带的形成与稳定

【摘要】 本文详细分析了正常高温带和不正常高温带的形成原因;提出在闭门操作条件下,稳定正常高温带的工艺措施。

【Abstract】 This article describes the pyro-processing characteristics of the sintering zone of mechanized shaft kilns and its significance in the burning stage, and detailedly analyses the reasons for the formations of "normal" and "abnormal" sintering zones in the kiln. Finally the technological measures to stablize the "normal" sintering zone are present in door-closing operation conditions.
