海港船舶—泊位调度算法的探讨

【摘要】 本文介绍了一个实用、有效的海港船舶—泊位调度算法,着重讨论其设计思想,并用程序流程图对算法作出描述.

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a practical and effective dispatching algorithm of shipping-berth of seaport. We focuse on the designing concept and discuss the algorithm on the program flow diagram in detail.
