尿毒症患者血清中Zn,Cu,Al的代谢

【摘要】 测定了34例尿毒症患者血清中微量元素Zn,Cu,Al的含量;另选79例正常人作对照组,发现尿毒症组Zn,Cu,Al代谢紊乱显著,与正常组对照Zn,Cu显著降低,Al显著升高。

【Abstract】 The content of microelements Zn,Cu and Al in the serum hasbeen determined for 34 uraemia patients in this article(including 3 hemo-dialysis,10 C.A.P.D.and 21 non- dialysis),Obvious disorder relating tovaried Zn,Cu and Al serum concentration was discovered in the uraemiapatient group in contrast with 79 healthy persons as control group.As com-pared with ccntrol group,the uraemia patient′s Zn and Cu is found to beremarkably reduced and Al is increased.
