【Abstract】 This poper introduced the application of ultra-filtration technology in the production of glucose Infusion. The effects of the technological process, structure of ultrafilter and operation parameters on ultrafiltration membrane performence and the influence of pore sizes of ultrafiltration membranes on the quality of glucose infusion were investigated. The advantages and disadvantages of old and new teehhology process were discussed, and the quality of glucose infusions produced by different processes was compared with each other.更多还原
