【摘要】 通过对312例毛里塔尼亚不同种族女性骨盆的X线测量和临床测量获得了其骨盆各径线的生理常数。结果表明,毛里塔尼亚女性骨盆特征为前深后浅,骶骨后翅,骨盆倾斜度大。各种族间差异表现为白摩尔人骨盆各径线均大于黑帕尔人和图库勒人。各种族骨盆腔形态近似圆筒状,入口形态与黄色人种和白色人种无差异。与中国女性骨盆比较,其骨盆中下段较宽大。笔者并根据毛里塔尼亚产妇骨盆形态特点讨论了与分娩有关的注意事项等。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper we reported some anatomical and clinical data of the pelves of 312 cases of main nationalities in Mauritania determined by X-ray and clinical examination.It is shown that character of female pelvis of Mauritania is deep in front and shallow in back. The sacrum raised in its back. Its inclination is bigger. The middle and lower section of pelvis is bigger than that of Chinese significantly. Several diameters of pelvis of White Moors are bigger than those of Black. Its basic shape is round. There are no differe-nce in the entrance of pelvis among Black female and Yellow or White.更多还原
