【摘要】 本文报告退变型腰椎管狭窄症47例的CT检查。按解剖部位和CT征象把本症分为:中央椎管狭窄(30/47),侧方神经管狭窄(15/47)和退变性脊椎滑脱(2/47)。CT检查有助于观察中央椎管和侧隐窝的形态及大小,并籍此制定出正确的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty-seven patients wich degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis examined by CT scanning were described. It was divided into central canal stenosis (30/47), lateral spinal stenosis (15/47) and degenerative spondylolisthesis.(2/47) according to its anatomy and CT findings. CT scanning is helpful to the exploration of shape and size in central and lateral recesses, and thus to the working-out of a proper therapeutic regimen.更多还原
