【摘要】 本文对食管癌23例,贲门癌7例及对照组15例红细胞免疫功能的研究,发现食管癌C3bR是16.68±6.87％。贲门癌C3bR是10.91±4.14;正常组CICR是694.78±279.65％。与正常组比较贲门癌C3bR明显降低,CICR明显上升。食管癌C3bR和ClCR无显著差异,并对食管癌贲门癌红细胞免疫功能改变的原因和临床进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The immune function of red cells of 23 patients with esophageal cancer, 7 patients with gastric cardia cancer and age—matched normal 15 persons was studied. It was found that the rosetlle rate c3breeepter was 16.68±6.87％ in the esophageal cancer, 10.91±4.13％ in normsl group and circulatory immunocomplex(CICR)rate was 694.78±279.65%.To compare with normal group, the rosetlle of red cell c3bR receptor was remarkably decreased and CICR was remarkably increased in the gastric cancer. There was no significant difference of C3bR and CICR between the esophageal cancer and normal group.The causes and clinical changes about the redcell immune function of esophageal cencer and gastric cardia cancer were discussed.更多还原
