零电阻温度为108K 的(B_i,P_b)-S_r-C_a-Cu-O 超导体

【摘要】 我们研究了名义组分为(Bj 1-xPbx)2 Sr2Ca2Cu3O10+y（2 2 2 3）材料的超导电性,对其中x=0.1的样品,得到最高的零电阻温度为108K。

【Abstract】 We have studied the superconductivity of the compounds (Bi1-x,Pbx)2Sr2 Ca2Cu3O10+y（2223）.The experimental results show that the compound 2223 when x=0.1 the zero resitance occurs at 108K which is the highest value of Tco these conmpourds system achieved in our laboratory.
