【摘要】 本文着重介绍了在汉字以太网分布通信系统(CEDCS)上开发的分布式数据库管理系统ENCDBASE以及在它上面做的研究工作。ENCDBASE是在单用户中文关系式数据库CDBASE Ⅱ中加入网络数据库管理功能而实现的。它保留了原CDBASE Ⅱ的所有功能,增加了CDBASE Ⅱ所不具备的网络功能;能在服务器不存在的情况下实现对远程数据库的操作,包括关系运算的实现;能对网络上的远程工作站发送信息并自动显示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technique of distributed database management system (DDBMS)has come forth with the development of computer network. This paper introducesChinese Ethernet Distributed Communicaticn System (CEDCS), a distributed datab-ase managemant system (ENCDBASE) developed on CEDCS and some theoreticaland experimental researches on DDBMS on ENCDBASE. ENCDBASE is realized by inserting network database management system intothe concentrated single-user CDBASE II. It reserves all funotions of CDBASE IIand adds network functions that CDBASE does not have into it; it can read thedata saved in the database of remote stations on network without the support ofthe network sever, including exerthig relational calculus on the data; it canalso transmit messages to the remote station on the network and display them auto-matically. ENCDBASE: provides a good. environment for establishing distributed databaseand developing network inφformation management system on Ethernet.更多还原
