【摘要】 本院自1970年1月至1984年12月在牡丹江地区五个市县共调查了13,328,339人的再生障碍性贫血的发病情况;二次调查平均患病率3.23/10万,死亡率0.75/10万,10年间平均发病率为1.02/10万;男女之比为1.32:1;发病因素与服药有关者占55.2％、其中与氯霉素有关者占36.10％;与接触放射线、病毒感染有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The survey was conducted in 5 cities & counties of Mudanjiang district from 1970-1984. The average morbidity was 3.23/100,000, mortality 0.75/ 100,000 for 15 yrs; The average morbidity was 1.02/100,000 for 10 yrs. The male and female ratio was 1.32tl. It was suggested that the incidence asssociated with taking drug was 55.2%(36.1% with chloromycin). The other pathogenic factor may be as contacting radiation and virus infection.更多还原
