【摘要】 报告4例血友病性关节炎,共累计9个关节(膝6,髋、踝、肘各1)。X线征象包括:软组织关节囊肿胀,密度增高、关节间隙狭窄、关节面增生硬化及囊性骨质破坏、骨和骨端膨大、股骨髁间凹增宽增深等。此外还报告了肘关节较有价值的X线改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 We report 4 cases of hemapailic arthritis. The diagnosis is made depending upon ①History of nasal bLeediag and intra-articular hemorrhage. ② Increasing the coagulation time, and ③ X-ray fracture of hemophilic arthritis. Totally 9 joints were invalved. (6 knee joints, 1 hip joint, 1 elbow joint and 1 ankle joint). X-ray fractures were: ①soft tissue hypertrophy with increasing density due to hemosiderin deposits. ② Norrow ing of joint space due to cartilage destruction.③Enlargement of the epiphysis.④ Sclerotic and irregular articular sirface.⑤ Subchondral cystlike bone destruction.
