大樱桃CO充气塑膜袋冷藏试验

【摘要】 “拿翁”大樱桃装塑膜袋冷藏15天之后,经9%或15%CO处理的和对照都未见褐变,证明MA或MA+CO处理,在此期间控制果实的衰老褐变有效。冷藏31天后以9%和15%CO充气处理的效果较好,果实褐变率分别为3.7%和4.3%。冷藏充CO+硅窗,对控制褐变未见有利。樱桃的褐变是伴随其营养成分的下降和多酚氧化酶活性的升高而加重。

【Abstract】 After 15 days’cold storage in vinyl bags,fruits of "Napolean" sweet cherry (Prunus avium.)including those treated with 9% or 15% CO and CK exhibited no browning. It is demonstrated that the senescence and browning of the fruits can be controlled effectively by means of MA or MA+CO treatments in cold storage in the meantime. 31 days later, the best results came from those bags filled with 9% and 15% CO of which the browning rates of the fruits were 3.7% and 4.3% respectively. There seemed to be not so favourable to control fruit browning in cold storage treated with CO in vinyl bags with silastic window. In addition, it was observed that the browning rate of cherries was rising with the decline of nutrient compositions and the increase of activities of polyphenol oxidase.
