【Abstract】 The primary squamous-cell carcionma of the breast is a relative-ly rare form of breast cancer & 4 cases found in 224 cases carcino-ma of breast(1974～1984)in our department are reported as follows.The incidence is 1.8%.Grossly,these tumors were large in size& 4～6 cm in diameter,their margin was clear,and particularly,the formation of the cyst was usually a charateristic features ??encountered.Microscopically,the squamous cells composing these tu-mors were of varying degrees of differentiation,from extremely welldifferentiation with kerotin pears,to very poor differntiationwith little kerotination,marked alaplasia,tumor giant cell formation& numerous mitosis,& even to absence of differentiation being fusi fromcells.As to histogenetic origin,one case may be arised fusi fromepidermoid cyst & others were arised from malignant change ofsquamous cell metastasis of the ducts & glandular cells.Basing on our data & review of literatures,the several features& the histogenesis of the tumor were discussed.更多还原
