带保护涂层的膏剂硼铝共渗研究
Study on the Boron Aluminlzing by Pasty Agent with Protecting Coating
【摘要】 本文主要以3Cr2W8钢为主,介绍了保护涂层、膏剂成分、工艺条件等对B-Al共渗层表面质量、共渗层相结构及其性能的影响。用X射线衍射仪、电子探针、金相显微镜等测定了按不同硼铝配比形成的共渗层相结构。并研究了影响共渗层厚度、结构、性能的一些基本因素及机理。结果表明,共渗层的耐磨性、抗高温氧化性、耐蚀性能等与渗硼基本相近。共渗层脆性较小,经硬度法测定确定为0~1级。
【Abstract】 The influences of the protecting coating, composition of the pasty agent and the process paramet ers on the surface quality, microstructure and properties of the boronaluminizing layer of 3Cr2W8 steels were investigated. The phase structures of the diffusing layers formed with different B/Al ratio were evaluated with X-ray diffractometer, electron microprobe and optical microscope. The basic factors which effect the thickness, structures and the properties of diffusing layer and their mechanism were investigated. It was shown that, the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and the anti-oxidation at elevated temperature of diffusing layers are approached to those of boronizing. The brittleness of the B-Al diffusing layer was determined as 0~1 grade.
