激光倍频恒温器的设计方法

【摘要】 本文从激光倍频恒温器的基本要求出发,通过恒温器内部的热传导分析,提出了恒温器设计的基本方法。

【Abstract】 This paper described specific requirements of the laser frequency doubling cryostat,analysed thermal conductibility in the cryostat,presentsd design method of the cryostat.
