温度对一些浮游植物中脂肪酸组成的影响
THE EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE ON FATTY ACID COMPOSITION OF MARINE PHYTOPLANKTON
【摘要】 将两种海洋浮游植物培养在温度不同的Erdschreiber培养液中发现,脂肪酸成分的不饱和程度随温度的升高而增加。这是由于温度升高增强了新陈代谢率,使制造、贮存的脂肪酸数量增加。在低温海洋环境中,脂肪酸的消耗是主要的。实验结果为我们研究环境条件的改变对浮游植物体中脂肪酸组成的影响以及为研究脂肪酸在食物链中的传递过程提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The fatty acid compositions of the marine phytoplankton were examined using gas ch-romatography. It was found that their component fatty acid characteristics bear little resemblance. Two kinds of the marine phytoplankton (Ochrosphaera cricosphacra and Du-naliella tertiolecta) grown under similar condition except the temperature in Erdschreiber medium are rich in nutrients. The unsaturated fatty acid components increased with increasing temperature owing to the increase of metobolic rate at the higher temperature, thus resulting in the increase of fatty acid. At the lower temperature the consumption of fatty acid in the marine environment is greater than at higher temperature.The results provide the basis for us to study the effect of the changes of the environmental condition on the composition of the component fatty acid in the phytoplankton and the transference of the fatty acid within the food chain.
