【Abstract】 In organ culture, it was found that there were some differences in invasiveness to human heart and liver fragments among three lines of human lung adenoc- arcinoma cells. The differences could be found in the morphological pattern, speed of invasion, the deformability of tumor cells, number of mitosis, as well as the destruction of the target organ. The results suggest that the invasiveness of the tumors is influenced not only by tissue properties but also by tumor cells themself, and tumor cells with similar degree of differentiation in morphology can show apparently different biological behaviour.更多还原
