【摘要】 本文报告1987年内华西医科大学妇产科住院的14例完全性葡萄胎的合体滋养细胞核内的性染色质。每例葡萄胎合体滋养细胞核内 x 性染色质出现率为4～12%,性染色质阳性例数占本组观察总数的85.71%。本文就葡萄胎合体滋养细胞核内 x 性染色质的检查方法、诊断标准、阳性率以及性染色质与肿瘤的关系进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The incidence of sex chromatin of 14 cases with complete hydatidiform moles was reported.The materrial for the sex chromatin study was collected in our department over the last year (1987). Estimations of sex chromatin were made on syncyti-trophoblast cells with well-preser- ved interphase nuclear structure the incidence of positive chromatin varied between 4 to 12 per cent in 14 cases of hydatidiform mole.Positive rate of sex chromatin was 85.71 per cent in this group.Method of examination,diagnostic criteria,the incidence of positive chromatin and the ralationship between chromatin and tumor were discussed in this paper.更多还原
