【摘要】 作者对糖尿病病人和健康人的尿铬排泄量进行了观察,并观察了12例用胰岛素治疗的糖尿病人加用三价铬的疗效。结果发现病人组尿铬排泄量明显低于对照组,补充铬剂后尿铬排泄量明显升高,与对照组水平相似,且发现补铬后病人FBG、HbA₁、TG明显降低。病人能良好耐受该药,无明显付作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Trivalent chromium was investigated forits effect on blood glucose and serum lipidsin a group of 12 insulin-treated diabeticpatients who had abnormal blood glucose con-trol. The regimen was one chromium capsule（0.57mg Cr（Ⅲ） /cap.） three times a day forone month, then one capsule twice a day foranother month. The results showed that there was im-provement in blood glucose control, and thelevels of HBA₁ TG lowered significantly.The urine chromium was analyzedbefore and 1 mon, 2 mon after the supple-mentation of chromium. Before the treat-ment the the chromium was lower thannormal controls, but 2 months after thetreatment, it increased significantly.更多还原
