【Abstract】 The lymphocyte proliferative response to PHA of 131 patients with cancer and 31 age-matched normal person were measured. The resultant data were expr-essed in three ways: 1. the net counts per minute (ncpm); 2. the stimulation index(SI)and 3. the relative proliferative index (RPI). The results showed that the ncpmvalue was frequently in accordance with RPI value, but not completely with SI vaue. The SI value varied considerably; they could not be used to identify lymph-ocyte proliferative response accurataly.更多还原
