【摘要】 本文分析了酷似支气管肺癌的支气管内膜结核33例,并指出X线胸片及纤支镜直视检查不能作出定性诊断时,纤支镜活检和刷检对诊断将起决定作用。同时提出在正规抗痨治疗的同时,经纤支镜病变支气管滴注或/及病变粘膜下注射抗痨药治疗可防止病变继续发展、加速治愈过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 From Jan. 1984 to Jan. 1987, thirty three cases of endobronchial tuberculosis had been demonstrated by fiberoptic bronchoscopy and biopty. All of them were suspected to have primary bronchogenic carcinoma owing to the clinical feature, chest radiograph appearance and bronchoscopic findings. Evidently, fiberoptic bronchoscopy must be an important diagnosic procedure for endobronchial tuberculosis, but sometimes the bronchoscopic findings of endobronchial tuberculosis may mimic lung cancer. The key to differential diagnosis lies in bronchial mucosa biopsy. Nine cases of endotrachial tuberculosis were treated by intrabronchial and/or submucous administration of chemotherapy via fiberoptic bronchoscope with good results.更多还原
