叶片失调及盘片耦合对叶栅颤振边界的影响
EFFECT OF BLADE MISTUNING AND BLADE-DISK ON CASCADE FLUTTER BOUNDARIES
【摘要】 本文用特征值法研完了叶片频率失调及盘片耦合对叶栅颤振边界的影响。计算结果表明:失调可延迟颤振边界,在一定的失调幅度范围内,随着失调幅度的增大,颤振边界向后移;不同的失调阶次对颤振边界的影响不同,影响的大小取决于颤振时的振动阶次。此外,计及盘片耦合效应后,失调叶栅的颤振边界前移。
【Abstract】 The eigenvalue method is presented for determining the effects of blade mistuning and blade-disk on cascade flutter boundaries in incompressible flow. Results presented illustrate that misturing has a beneficial effect on the cascade flutter. With the mistuning amplitude increasing, the flutter boundaries move more backward and different mistuning orders have different effects on flutter boundaries, depending on the order of the modal cascade flutter. Addition of bladed-disk makes mistued cascade flutter boundaries move forward.
