板翅式换热器的多目标最优设计

【摘要】 本文探讨了换热器多目标最优设计技术,建立了考虑流程长度变化、温度变化和入口流量分布不均匀对换热器性能影响的板翅式换热器最优设计模型,编制了最优设计程序包,并以实俐进行了验证设计。

【Abstract】 The present paper focuses on the multiple-object optimizing design of heat exchangers. An optimizing model of plate-fin heat exchanhers has been established for multiple-object functions to take account of the variation of the heat transfer coefficients and friction factors with flow length and the effect of flow nonuniformity on the heat exchanger performance, Two optimizing design program packages have been edited and the capability has been successfully demonstracted by the design of a heat exchanger used in aircraft.
