【Abstract】 The paper reported atypical manifestations and laboratory findings of 8 cases of hemolytic disease in the newborn, including 7 cases of ABO blood group incompatibility and 1 case of Rh incompatibility. Atypical clinical manifestations were that clinical jaundice become apparent in 48 hours afterbirth, and the "late" anemia, seizure due to hypocalcemia, septicemia, hepatitis syndrome etc were appeared.
