【摘要】 本文报道了88例甲状腺腺瘤,均经手术切除,病理证实。其中胎儿型腺瘤12例,单纯型腺瘤32例,胶性腺瘤36例,嗜酸性细胞腺瘤1例,不典型腺瘤1例,乳头状腺瘤6例;腺瘤伴有功能活动者27例,囊性变27例,癌变4例。并从临床症状、体征、病理形态、组织结构特点以及彼此之间的关系进行了综合分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eighty—eight cases of thyroid adenoma resected and coufirmed by pathological examination were reported including fetal adenoma (12 cases), simple adenoma (32 cases), colloidal adenoma (36 cases), acidophilic adenoma (1 case), atypical adenoma (1 case) and papillary adenoma (6 cases). Adenoma in 27 cases showed functional activity; in another 27, cystic change, and 4 malignant change. The signs symptoms, pathological findings and their interrelationship were discussed.更多还原
