【摘要】 本文系从消化性溃疡患者胃液中测定铜、锌、镉等微量元素的含量,结果其锌较正常人为低,且差异有显著性(P<0.05),提示对消化性溃疡的治疗,不应拘泥于传统的抗酸及抗胆碱能药的应用,还应补充锌制剂,从而为拓宽消化性溃疡的治疗途径提供了实验依据。另外,本文还对锌制剂加速溃疡愈合的机理进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Measured were the trace element contents of copper,zinc,cadmium,etc. in the gastric juices of patients suffering from peptic ulcer.The result showed that the zinc value was lower in patients with peptic ulcer than in normal persons and the difference was significant(P<0.05).This indicates that the treatment of peptic ulcer is neither limited to traditional antiacid and anticholinergic medicines,nor to zinc preparation.It has provided ex- perimental evidence for adding a therapeutic method for peptic ulcer.In addition,the mechanism that zinc preparation quickens heal of ulcer was discussed.更多还原
